About Singing bowl Therapy
Singing bowl therapy is a form of sound and vibrational healing. Sound has been used as a healing catalyst throughout

History of Tibetan Bowls
According to Tibetan tradition, the existence of singing bowls dates back to the time of the historical Buddha Shakyamuni
(560 - 480 B.C.). The tradition was brought from India to Tibet, along with the teachings of the Buddha, by the great tantric
master Padmasambhava. Since eons in history, singing bowls have been used for Tantric Buddhist practices, meditation,
healing, and for religious practices. Tibetan bowls vary in size and are traditionally made using Panchaloha, meaning an
