GROUP SOUND
MEDITATION CLASSES

Relax deeply during this powerfully healing and immersive experience of sacred sounds performed by a certified sound healer, Kaitlyn Johnson. Expect to feel very calm with a sense of wellbeing and contentment. This is a mediation practice, but some find it easier due to the sound assisting in keeping the mind from wandering.

Sound has been used as a healing catalyst throughout human history, across cultural bounds. Sound has been found to bring us closer to what we hold as sacred and to ourselves. Vibration touches every part of our physical being, not just through our ears but also every cell in the body. Sound healing can help heightened intuition, create clarity of mind, create a deep meditative and peaceful state, and promote profound healing.

 

LEARN TO MASSAGE
COUPLE'S CLASS


Have you ever wanted to know just a little bit more about massage in order to help your partner out after a stressful day? In our no-experience-necessary couple's massage class you'll learn

how to do just that!


Workshop details: A short lesson about massage including types, techniques, products used. After this, we will start the session. I will explain and show the massage techniques and the sequence to the first partner watching, learning, and massaging after me. Then you will swap.

 

We will finish the workshop with some time for questions and conclusions. This is a beautiful experience for you to share with a friend or loved one.
