Relax deeply during this powerfully healing and immersive experience of sacred sounds performed by a certified sound healer, Kaitlyn Johnson. Expect to feel very calm with a sense of well-being and contentment. This is a mediation practice, but some find it easier due to the sound assisting in keeping the mind from wandering.

Sound has been used as a healing catalyst throughout human history, across cultural bounds. Sound has been found to bring us closer to what we hold sacred and to ourselves. Vibration touches every part of our physical being, not just through our ears but also every cell in the body. Sound healing can help heightened intuition, create clarity of mind, create a deep meditative and peaceful state, and promote profound healing.

All yoga and meditation experience levels are welcome; no prior experience is necessary.


Kundalini Yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, is an experince that taps into breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra. Each class allows more profound self-discovery and self-empowerment, enabling us to empower our community by living as our most authentic selves. A live sound bath will accompany this workshop throughout your yoga journey.

Have you ever wanted to know just a little bit more about massage in order to help your partner out after a stressful day? In our no-experience-necessary couple's massage class you'll learn

how to do just that!

Workshop details: A short lesson about massage, including types, techniques, products used. After this, we will start the session. I will explain and show the massage techniques and the sequence to the first partner, watching, learn, and massaging after me. Then you will swap.


We will finish the workshop with some time for questions and conclusions. This is a beautiful experience for you to share with a friend or loved one. This class can also be made private.
