GROUP SOUND
MEDITATION CLASSES

Relax deeply during this powerfully healing and immersive experience of sacred sounds performed by a certified sound healer, Kaitlyn Johnson. Expect to feel very calm with a sense of wellbeing and contentment. This is a mediation practice, but some find it easier due to the sound assisting in keeping the mind from wandering.

Sound has been used as a healing catalyst throughout human history, across cultural bounds. Sound has been found to bring us closer to what we hold as sacred and to ourselves. Vibration touches every part of our physical being, not just through our ears but through every cell in our body. Sound healing can help heightened intuition, create clarity of mind, create a deep meditative and peaceful state, and promote profound healing.
