WELCOME
Hey! I'm Kaitlyn ♡
My journey into birth work began through my massage career, where I learned labor massage and had the honor of supporting a dear client through one of her births. What I didn’t realize at the time was how full circle this path would become for me. I previously worked as a medical assistant in an OB/GYN office, and those early experiences quietly planted the seeds for the work I do today.
As a doula, licensed massage therapist, birth educator, and meditation teacher, I am deeply passionate about helping families prepare for birth. Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, or something in between, my intention is to support you with evidence-based education, unwavering encouragement, and reassurance that you were made for this. I believe birth is not something to fear, but something to be embraced with confidence, peace, and purpose.
When I’m not serving families, you’ll usually find me relaxing at home with my partner, hanging with friends, trying new restaurants in town or traveling to the mountains to hike, explore, and reconnect with nature.

WHAT IS A DOULA?
