• 1-hands-on support techniques with a partner (1-hour session)

• Unlimited support via text, phone, or email

 

Birthing Support & Guidance

• On-call from 38--42 weeks. 

• Unlimited labor birth massage & support

• Early labor support at home, the hospital, or the birth center throughout labor and usually about one-two hour after.

• Breastfeeding support immediately after birth.

• Implementing your comfort measure to ensure you have the best birth experience.
